At COVERTOK, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes, a product may not fit perfectly or may arrive with defects. Here's how we can help:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Covertok. If there’s any issue with your order, please refer to the return policy below:


✅ Eligibility for Returns:

 • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

 • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

 • Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:

 • Damaged product received

 • Incorrect item or model sent

 • Size/model mismatch due to our error


❌ Non-Returnable Items:

 • Used or damaged items (due to customer handling)

 • Products purchased during sales/offers

 • Incorrect model selected by the customer during checkout


🔁 How to Request a Return:

 2. Share your Order ID, product photos, and describe the issue clearly.

 3. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours.

 4. Once the return is approved, we will share the return shipping details.


💸 Refunds / Exchanges:

 • After we receive and inspect the returned item:

 • You can choose to exchange the product, or

 • Request a refund (processed via UPI or bank transfer within 5-7 working days)

Size Replacement: If your cover does not fit properly, you can easily get it replaced with the correct size. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll arrange for a replacement. If the size issue will be from our side then it will be replaced without any shipping charges but if the size issue will be from customer error then customer have to pay the shipping charges.


Damage Replacement: If you receive a product that is damaged in any way, please reach out to us immediately. We will replace any damaged product to ensure you have the perfect covertok experience.


Important: Please ensure to record a proper unboxing video when unboxing your package. This video will be required to verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery and to support any claims for replacement.
